Getting Your Patients Started on Eversense 365

We’ve laid out the simple steps from start to finish to help you understand what you and your patients will experience when getting started on Eversense 365 - and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

Connect with an Eversense Expert
An Eversense Expert will reach out to the patient.  After their eligibility is confirmed, they’ll assist in locating an Eversense Inserter nearby, and determine the cost based on their insurance. Use our Find an Inserter tool to find your closest Eversense Inserter.
Order Eversense 365 CGM
We will submit the claim and work directly with your office and a distribution partner to order the Eversense 365 CGM sensor and transmitter.
Product Shipment
Once their Eversense 365 CGM system has been ordered, it will be delivered to the Eversense Inserter’s office. When it ships, we will contact your office and the patient so the patient can schedule their sensor insertion appointment.
The Sensor Insertion Procedure
During a brief office visit, the Eversense Inserter will make a small incision in the arm, insert the sensor and introduce the patient to the smart transmitter and app. The patient leaves the office with materials to ensure their app is set up, and the transmitter is paired to the sensor for one year of accurate continuous glucose monitoring.
Managing Patient Care
After the sensor is inserted and your patient begins using their Eversense 365, you will have access to real-time dependable glucose data through Eversense DMS Pro that can help shape better and more effective treatment plans.
